A Relationship Built on Compassion Our connection with Greenwood Women Care began last year in a powerful way. Through their generosity, they funded a Compassion Fatigue retreat at the farm—an experience that opened the door for corporate teams to step away from daily pressures and focus on resilience training. Those retreats created space for staff to recharge, combat burnout, and reconnect with the purpose behind their work. After experiencing the farm firsthand, the Greenwood Women Care team wanted to learn more about what happens here—and that curiosity led to this upcoming visit. Being chosen to host their May meeting is something we don’t take lightly. It’s an honor that reflects a shared commitment to supporting people who spend their lives caring for others.
